PAD - Portable aluminium davit

The PAD Portable aluminium davit is an anchoring point compliant with EN795/B and TS16415/B. It is designed to protect up to 3 people simultaneously.
The device is made of reinforced, anodized or powder-coated aluminium.

It consists of separate elements whose weight does not exceed 25 kg. All modules are connected without tools using pins with cotters.

The basic PAD version consists of the following modules:
a) a 1.2m vertical pole (PAD100-101) (~16kg),
b) a 1.5m length boom (PAD100-102) (~10kg),
c) pole and boom connecting module (PAD100-110) (~8kg),
d) roller pulley mounted at the end of the boom (PAD100-350) (~3kg).

For the basic PAD version, select the appropriate bracket in which the vertical pole is embedded. The following brackets are available:

BRACKET #1 (PAD100-510-000) - a square frame on 160mm diameter pivoting wheels with a brake, made of powder-coated galvanized steel. The bracket is equipped with a set of 4 wheel stabilizers. The frame is divided into a main beam, left and right side supports, two outriggers and 4 wheel stabilizers (119kg).

BRACKET #2 (PSD100-520-000) - wall mounted socket made of stainless steel. Mounted to the structure using 4 M20 anchors (~11.5kg). The handle requires the use of an additional PAD100-120-000 pivoting module between the handle and the vertical pole.

BRACKET #3 (PSD100-530-000) - anchoring post made of stainless steel. Mounted to the ground using 4 M20 anchors (~10.5kg). The handle requires the use of an additional PAD100-120-000 swivel module between the handle and the ground.

SWIVEL MODULE (PAD100-120-000) - an intermediate element between supports permanently attached to the structure and a vertical pole. Allows the davit to rotate around the support axis. Made of stainless steel (~8kg).

Additional components (to be ordered separately):
The PAD device can be expanded with individual fall protection equipment (fall arresters, ropes, etc.) using the ASB500-360 hooking lug. The hooking lug can be mounted in the holes provided at both ends of the boom and on the vertical pole.

RUP502-U, RUP504-U, RUP506-U evacuation winches can be attached to the PAD using the PAD100-301-000 universal winch holder.
The CRW200 device can be mounted using an additional PAD100-310 holder.
The CRW300 can be mounted using an additional PAD100-320 holder.

The PAD100-301-000 universal winch holder, made of galvanized steel (~2kg) can be mounted:
a) at the end of the boom. The working line is then guided by the roller pulley mounted at the end of the boom (PAD100-350).
b) to the vertical pole. The working line is then guided by the ASB500-180 roller attached in the pole and boom connecting module and by the ASB500-240 roller attached to the boom.
